A Message of Hope (written by Claire)

I’ve written this guest post about my mental health and my current relapse which I really wanted to share with you guys.

I'm BrizzleLass, I have Bipolar and have been dealing with mental illness in one form or another since childhood, I was first diagnosed with depression at nine. It's not easy speaking out about my experiences, some of them are extremely painful, but if I can help even one person then I have succeeded in sharing my story. This is where I talk about my mental health among other things that interest me. I enjoy walking, PlayStation, reading, heavy metal, and spending time with my Niece.

  1. You are brave for opening up like this for the greater good. One of my faults is bottling it all up, like I completely shut off when I have one of my darker days and I don’t want anyone to even know that I am struggling. So, to see and read your experiences just shows me what a brave and wonderful being you are, and a fighter!! ❤
Let there always be hope, even in hopelessness!
